Program Overview
All registered VIP members of Shoedazzle are automatically enrolled in the Shoedazzle Rewards Program. The Rewards Program applies to online purchases tied to a VIP Membership account. Points can be earned by making purchases and writing reviews for purchased items. If points are earned by purchasing an item, they will be applied to the customer account once the item is shipped. If points are earned by writing a review of a previously purchased item, they will be applied to the customer account once the review is submitted. Once the customer has accumulated at least 2,500 points the customer may redeem points for rewards using our tier system. Some exceptions may apply. VIP Members receive 25 points for every dollar spent. Some exceptions may apply, not all items qualify for reward points. Points are rounded to the nearest dollar ($39.95 = 1,000 points). If an item is returned for a refund, the points earned for that purchase will be deducted from the account. Points expire 12 months after they become available, upon cancelation of your VIP Membership, and/or termination of the Shoedazzle Rewards Program.
Cash Rewards
The Cash Reward coupons can be earned and redeemed through the Rewards Program. Once a member has enough points to redeem for a Cash Reward in the Rewards Shop, the member can select and redeem the Cash Reward at check out.
Minimum purchase threshold applies to use the Cash Reward. Cannot be combined with any other Cash Reward, and is valid for 60 days from redemption date. Can be combined with VIP Credits and/or store credits. Non-transferrable. Not redeemable for actual cash. See Cash Reward disclaimer at point of redemption for additional terms.
Additional Information
There are no membership fees associated with the Shoedazzle Rewards Program. The points accumulated under this program have no cash value. Points are non-transferable.
If fraudulent activity is suspected, Shoedazzle reserves the right to revoke members' enrollment in the Shoedazzle Rewards Program and/or terminate the member’s Shoedazzle account. Shoedazzle reserves the right to cancel any customer’s VIP membership at any time, for any reason.
Shoedazzle reserves the right to modify or terminate the Shoedazzle VIP Rewards Program and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion and without obligation. Should Shoedazzle decide to terminate the Shoedazzle Rewards Program and/or these Terms & Conditions, Shoedazzle will send a written notice to the email address associated with your Shoedazzle account or post an announcement on Shoedazzle.com. Shoedazzle may change the Shoedazzle Rewards Program and/or these Terms & Conditions without notice. When changes are made, they will be posted here. Your continued use of the Shoedazzle Rewards Program or enrollment as a Shoedazzle VIP Member shall be considered your acceptance to the revised Terms & Conditions. How do I earn points?
There are several ways to earn points you can use in your Shoedazzle VIP Fashion Fund. You'll receive 25 points for every dollar you spend when you make a purchase and the item is shipped to you. Points will be applied to your account once the item ships. You do not earn points when you make a purchase using a Gift Card. You can also receive 100 points each time you write a review for a previously purchased item. Points will be applied to your account once the review is submitted under My Reviews. How many points do I earn per purchase?
You earn 25 points for every dollar you spend, and that number is rounded up to the nearest dollar. So if you buy 1 item for $39.95, you'll earn 1,000 points. If you purchase an item at a discounted price, the amount of points you earn will be equivalent to the amount of money you spent; $29.95 would be 750 points, etc. Some exceptions may apply, not all items may qualify for reward points. You do not earn points when you make a purchase using a Gift Card.
When will my points be added to my account?
Points earned from purchases are added to your account after the order ships. Points earned through writing a product review are applied at time of review acceptance.
Do my points ever expire?
Points expire 12 months after they become available, upon cancelation of your account, and/or termination of the Shoedazzle Rewards Program.
